In this project we performed an impact-analysis on scientific, translational/clinical and socio-economic aspects of a Public Private Partnership (PPP). This PPP exists of universities, academic medical centers, medical technology enterprises and chemical and pharmaceutical companies. Objectives… were to 1) identify and quantify its impact thus far; 2) identify the critical, external and internal, success factors of their innovation management approach; 3) and to draw lessons on how external and internal factors are facilitating or impeding innovation management approaches.
